Spicy Pickles & Queso

HARVEST CREATIONS® Pickle Chips spiced with TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce flavor 24 ounces
Plum Tomatoes, diced 10 each
Red Onion, diced 1½ cups
Fresh Cilantro, chopped 1 cup
Small Jalapeño Peppers, veins and seeds removed, diced 2 each
Kosher Salt ¾ teaspoon
Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
Fresh Lime Juice ¼ cup
Prepared Cheese Dip 4 cups
Method
  1. In a bowl, prepare pico de gallo: Combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro and jalapeño. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lime juice.
  2. Heat cheese dip as directed.
  3. Deep-fry pickle chips at 350ºF for about 2½ minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Serve fried pickle chips with warm cheese dip and pico de gallo.
