Spicy Pickles & Queso

|HARVEST CREATIONS® Pickle Chips spiced with TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce flavor||24 ounces|
|Plum Tomatoes, diced||10 each|
|Red Onion, diced||1½ cups|
|Fresh Cilantro, chopped||1 cup|
|Small Jalapeño Peppers, veins and seeds removed, diced||2 each|
|Kosher Salt||¾ teaspoon|
|Black Pepper||½ teaspoon|
|Fresh Lime Juice||¼ cup|
|Prepared Cheese Dip||4 cups|
- In a bowl, prepare pico de gallo: Combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro and jalapeño. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lime juice.
- Heat cheese dip as directed.
- Deep-fry pickle chips at 350ºF for about 2½ minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve fried pickle chips with warm cheese dip and pico de gallo.
