Spicy Fried Green Tomato Caprese

| Fresh Mozzarella Cheese | 24 slices |
| Fresh Basil Leaves, finely sliced | ¼ cup |
| Red Onion, finely diced | ¼ cup |
| Balsamic Reduction | ¼ cup |
Method
- Deep-fry fried green tomatoes at 350ºF for about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Top each fried tomato with a slice of Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with basil leaves and red onion. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and serve.
