Fried Mushroom Skewers

|HARVEST CREATIONS® Breaded Bella Mushrooms spiced with TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce flavor||24 ounces|
|Canola Oil||¼ cup|
|Green Bell Pepper, cored, cut into 1" squares||3 each|
|Yellow Bell Pepper, cored, cut into 1" squares||3 each|
|Red Bell Pepper, cored, cut into 1" squares||3 each|
|Red Onion, cut into 1" squares||1½ each|
|Kosher Salt||1 teaspoon|
|Black Pepper||¾ teaspoon|
|Bamboo Skewers||24 each|
|Prepared Green Goddess Dressing||1½ cups|
- Deep-fry mushrooms at 350ºF for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat 2–3 minutes. Place oil in pan and swirl to coat. Add peppers and onions; cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 5–7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place cooked vegetables and mushrooms on the skewers, alternating colors and varieties of vegetables with the fried mushrooms.
- Serve skewers with dressing.
