Bella Mushroom Crusted Steak

Ingredients:
5 pieces Dipt’n Dusted® Bella Mushrooms
1 (10-oz) steak, cooked as desired
1/4 cup prepared Béarnaise sauce
3 ounces fingerling roasted potatoes
3 ounces broccoli floret
1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley (optional)

Method:

  1. Preheat frying oil to 350ºF; follow cooking instructions for Bella Mushrooms.  Place cooked mushrooms on paper towels to drain; keep warm until ready to use
  2. Cook steak to desired doneness.  Cook broccoli and fingerling potatoes; set aside.
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons Béarnaise sauce on serving plate; arrange steak and potatoes over sauce and spoon remaining sauce on top.  Add broccoli to plate and top steak with Bella Mushrooms.
    (Makes 1 serving)

 

Chicken Marsala

Ingredients:
5 pieces Dipt’n Dusted® Bella Mushrooms
1 grilled, boneless/skinless chicken breast
3 ounces linguini
1/4 cup prepared Marsala sauce
1 sprig parsley (optional)

Method:

  1. Preheat frying oil to 350ºF; follow cooking instructions for Bella Mushrooms.  Place cooked mushrooms on paper towels to drain; keep warm until ready to use
  2. Grill chicken breast until done and cook linguini until tender; set both aside
  3. Arrange linguini on serving plate, add chicken and top with Marsala sauce.  Top with Bella Mushrooms and garnish with parsley sprig, if desired.
    (Makes 1 serving)

 

 

Zucchini Pasta

Ingredients:
2 ounces Dipt’n Dusted® Zucchini Fries
6 ounces angel hair pasta
1/ 4 cup sliced red & yellow peppers
4 whole cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
1 spring parsley (optional)

Method:

  1. Preheat frying oil to 350ºF; follow cooking instructions for Zucchini Fries.  Place cooked mushrooms on paper towels to drain; keep warm until ready to use
  2. Cook pasta until tender and arrange in serving bowl
  3. Add tomatoes and peppers; mix together
  4. Place Zucchini Fries on top, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley spring, if desired
    (Makes 1 serving)

 

 

Sonoma Grilled Chicken

Yield: 1

Ingredients:
Dipt’n Dusted® Green Beans – 3 oz.
Chicken Breast, grilled – 6 oz.
Craisins® Cucumber Relish – 1/4 cup

Method:
1. Preheat frying oil to 350ºF; follow cooking instructions for Green Beans; place on paper towels to drain and set aside until ready to use.
2. Grill chicken breast approximately 3-4 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165ºF
3. Place cooked chicken breast on plate and top with cucumber relish.  Place Green Beans on plate.
