Chef Eric

Tampa Maid realizes that your time is precious and quality food is important to you. Chef Eric is here to help make your meal solutions easy and simple; from picking out the best ingredients, matching flavors and determining the best cooking methods.

Chef Eric is our Director of Culinary Services. He is responsible for the development and management of all culinary functions at Tampa Maid as they relate to recipes, new product ideas and presentations, sales literature, product training and any area concerning Tampa Maid's product image in the marketplace. Chef Eric has attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and Napa Valley, is an active member of the RCA and has been featured in several food publications. He has over 20 years experience in the foodservice and restaurant industry, previously a Corporate Chef with Darden Restaurants providing culinary expertise, new product development and training product introductions at the restaurant level.
