Tampa Maid Breaded Scallops are produced from premium quality scallops and are coated with a custom Oriental-style breading which accents the tender, sweet scallop meat. Our Bacon Wrapped Scallop starts with a premium, quality scallop then it is wrapped by hand in smoky, thick bacon and finished with a wooden toothpick. Each Bacon Wrapped Scallop is then hand placed on parchment-like paper for your ease of preparation. Freezer to oven to plate in minutes! The perfect appetizer served alone or tossed in your favorite sauce, such as Sweet Chilli Thai Sauce. Also try as an add-on or combo plate with steak or chicken.
